Purpose and legal basis of data processing

Personal data of Customers is processed based on and accordingly to the 27 April 2016 Regulation No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council Danepersonal regarding the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and the flow of such data, repeal of directive 95/46/WE (GDPR), the act of 10 May 2018 about the protection of personal data and the act of 18 July 2002 about the provision of electronic services. 

Personal data is processed based on consent given by a Customer to the extent necessary, i.e. to establish and implement a contract to which a Customer is a part, to take action on demand of a Customer prior to the conclusion of a contract and in cases in which the Administrator is authorized by law to process data. Moreover, the Administrator is allowed to process data of Customers when it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the Administrator or a third party (i.e. inter alia to pursue claims under a contract). 

Personal data of a Customer is processed to establish and implement a sales contract for products offered by the Administrator on the website: www.mennica-rosenberg.pl.  

With a separate consent given by a Customer, their personal data can be processed for marketing purposes or any other purposes that the Customer agrees on, i.e. sending correspondence and marketing information about products and services provided by the Administrator or the subjects collaborating with the Administrator and for providing information via telephone. 

Period of personal data processing

Personal data will be processed until the consent or the legal basis for its processing expires or is revoked. Simultaneously, data can be processed for period of time specified by the provisions of law of privacy policy and not longer than it is necessary for purposes coming from legitimate interest of the Administrator or a third party, i.e. inter alia to pursue claims under a contract.

In order provide offers tailored to the users and clients, the Administrator can use profiling which is understood as a form of automated processing of personal data consisting of the use of certain dana about the user to determine the charactericits of a natural person, analyze and predict their possible preferences.

Customers have the right to withdraw their consent for the processing of their personal data at any moment. This includes the right to access personal data, copying, rectification, deleting and limiting the access to it. In certain cases, a Customer has the right to object the processing of data and can request a transfer of data. A Customer has the right to oppose profiling.

Privacy Policy

The Administrator processes it in accordance with the law, collects it for legitimate purposes it and does not process it for purposes that are not legally authorized. Data is collected to the extent necessary to establish and implate services for which the data was collected. A personal analysis of this data will not be carried out. 

The Administrator shall endeavour to protect personal data of the Customers and users from illegitimate access to it by third parties. The Administator takes the appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure protection of personal data.  

The Administrator does not pass personal data to any illegitimate recipients, accordingly to the provisions of law in this matter recipients. The Administrator can disclose personal data to entities by contractual agreement concluded in writing. Data can be only passed to entities authorized by the law. 

The Administrator stores data for the period of time necessary to establish and implement the sales contract, the time specified by the provisions of law in this matter and not longer than it is necessary for legally justified purposes of the Administrator or a third party, i.e. inter alia to pursue claims in respect of the activity. Without prejudice to this, for purposes, for which the data subject gave consent to the processing, the data is stored until that consent is revoked. 

Data subjects have the right to request access to their personal data and to rectify, delete and limit the access to it. In cases determined by law, data subjects can object the processing of data and can request a transfer of it. It the party whose data is processed detects unlawful processing of their personal data, they can press charges before the supervisory authority.

In order to provide the users and Customers with tailored offer, the Administrator can use profiling which is understood as a form of automated processing of personal data consisting of the use of certain dana about the user to determine the charactericits of a natural person, analyze and predict their possible preferences. Decisions about sending personalized advertising, giving discounts or any other benefits are made automatically on the basis of criteria such as sex, age and the frequency of shopping at the Rosenberg Mint Limited Company. After collecting these information, the system automatically sends out notifications about advantages, eg. a discount. A Customer can benefit from these advantages on the principles set out in it or can refuse to grant it.

The Administrator uses cookies of  Google LLC and Facebook, Inc. in order to create statistics and tailor our offers by using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel. Personal data is gathered and passed to Google LLC and Facebook, Inc. for personalized advertising, which includes remarketing tags and conversion targeting.   • information concerning the relationship with the client, i.e. the date of data entry of the Customer, communication with the Customer, objections made by the Customer, orders and time for the processing of an order

The Rosenberg Mint Limited Company has its right to make changes in the Privacy Policy. Provisions of this Privacy Policy can be only changed in a manner that does not limit the rights of the Customer. In case of any modifications, the Rosenberg Mint Limited Company has to upload the updated Privacy Policy.
